Wedding Size up to 125 guests

To ensure your wedding day is everything you want, the rental of the entire Inn is required.

The exclusive use of Carol’s Garden Inn and grounds for your wedding and reception is $1000.00

• One-hour rehearsal at the Inn, on the day prior to the wedding ceremony.
• Five-hour time frame from the start time of the ceremony.
• We have a covered pavilion for the reception. We can provide white sheer curtains in the pavilion.
• You will need to rent tables and chairs, however we can assist with this.
• We will set-up and break down tables and chairs.
• We will take care of clean up and removal of trash.
• We have an restroom that is handicapped accessible.
• You can use any caterer you want.
• Music and dancing is permitted. Music must end by 10 p.m. due to Durham City Ordinance.
• Use of 3 guestrooms from 3 PM the day before the wedding to 11 AM the day after the wedding. We provide a continental breakfast each morning.
• House for wedding party only.
• 50% of the total fee is required on signing the contract, with the remaining 50% due 60 days before the day of the event.
• We have a 60-day cancellation Policy. Deposit will be refunded (minus $25.00 service charge) for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event.

This package is for the couple who would like to have a small family wedding celebration.

The exclusive use of Carol’s Garden Inn and grounds for your wedding and reception is $500.00

• One-hour rehearsal at the Inn, on the day prior to the wedding ceremony.
• We have a covered pavilion for the reception.  We can provide white sheer curtains in the pavilion.
• You will need to rent tables and chairs, however we can assist with this.
• We will set-up and break down tables and chairs.
• We will take care of clean up and removal of trash.
• We have an outside restroom that is handicapped accessible.
• You can use any caterer you want. 
• Music and dancing is permitted.  Music must end by 10 p.m. due to Durham City Ordinance.
• The use of 3 guestrooms can be arranged at the additional cost of $75.00 per room per night.  From 3 PM the day before the wedding to 11 AM the day after the wedding.  We provide a continental breakfast each morning.
• House for wedding party only.
